Vision
The Student senate became an inclusive, reflected and collaborative leadership in the development of all students from the Department of Portuguese Language, the Department of English Language, the Department of Mathematics Science and the Department of religious Education, in order to establish the ISJB as a quality, fair and solid academic community.

Mission
- encourage unity in diversity through inter-departmental cooperation, collaboration and collective spirit.
- Provide space for all students to participate in academic, cultural, social and spiritual activities to respond to progress and institutional development
- Create space to build character that encourages reflection, action, creativity and work.
- Support the promotion of ISJB at national and international levels through academic exchange and public engagement.
